Code of Conduct

Brunch Health is designed to provide adults with a secure and respectful platform for accessing independent healthcare services. Patients and users are expected to follow these standards.
Accurate information
Provide truthful and complete identity, location, contact, and health information. Promptly update clinically relevant information when appropriate.
Your account
Protect your login credentials. Do not impersonate another person, use another person's account, or create an account to obtain Brunch treatment for someone else.
Follow the treatment plan
Follow the independent clinician's instructions and do not independently change a prescribed dose or treatment plan. Prescription medication is for the patient for whom it was prescribed and must not be sold or transferred.
Respectful communications
Communicate respectfully with Brunch support personnel, independent clinicians, pharmacy personnel, and service partners. Harassment, deliberate interference with services, or fraudulent conduct is not permitted.
Platform integrity
Do not falsify records, bypass security controls, interfere with platform operation, misuse automated systems, or use Brunch for unlawful activity.
Consequences
Brunch may restrict or terminate platform access for material misuse, fraud, abusive conduct, security threats, or other serious violations, subject to applicable law and the independent medical provider's clinical responsibilities.
