Shipping & Delivery
Effective September 13, 2026
This policy explains Brunch Health prescription fulfillment and delivery practices.
Preparation and shipping
After independent provider approval, the assigned licensed partner pharmacy typically prepares and ships the prescription within 3–5 business days. Pharmacy preparation time occurs before carrier transit and is not part of the UPS Next Day Air transit period.
Standard prescription delivery is included in the Brunch plan price and uses UPS Next Day Air once UPS takes possession. A shipping label or tracking number does not by itself mean UPS has possession of the package. No signature is required.
Delivery address
Patients must provide a complete, accurate physical street address that can receive the shipment. Patients are responsible for monitoring tracking and promptly retrieving delivered medication. Address changes should be submitted before pharmacy processing whenever possible. Once fulfillment is underway, an address change may not be possible.
Delays before carrier possession
If the prescription has not shipped, meaning UPS has not taken possession, within 10 business days after pharmacy transmission, the patient may request cancellation and a full refund unless the patient affirmatively chooses to continue waiting.
Carrier delays and disruptions
Weather, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, holidays, address problems, and other circumstances can affect delivery timing. UPS Next Day Air describes the carrier service used after carrier possession; it is not a guarantee of approval-to-door timing.
Delivery issues
Patients should report visible damage, missing medication, delivery problems, or suspected temperature concerns as soon as possible and generally within 24 hours after the carrier-recorded delivery time. Brunch will coordinate with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier as appropriate. The pharmacy's applicable stability guidance and the facts of the shipment will be used when evaluating whether replacement is appropriate.
Because standard shipments do not require a signature, patients should make reasonable arrangements to retrieve medication promptly after delivery. Patient-caused loss, damage, improper storage, or prolonged failure to retrieve a successfully delivered package may not qualify for a free replacement.
