California Privacy Notice

This California Privacy Notice supplements the Brunch Health Privacy Policy for California residents.
Categories of information
Depending on your relationship with Brunch, we may collect identifiers and contact information; account and transaction information; internet or electronic activity; geolocation information at an appropriate level when provided or permitted; professional or demographic information when relevant; health-related and other sensitive information; customer-support communications; and inferences derived from information we collect.
Purposes and disclosures
We use personal information to operate and secure Brunch; provide requested services; facilitate independent clinical care and pharmacy fulfillment; administer accounts, billing, and communications; prevent fraud; comply with law; improve services; and perform analytics and marketing where legally permitted. We may disclose information to independent healthcare providers, pharmacies, technology and service providers, payment processors, shipping providers, professional advisers, and government authorities where appropriate.
Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising
Brunch does not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising and analytics activities on public marketing pages may be considered sale or sharing under California law. Eligible users can exercise applicable opt-out rights through Brunch's Your Privacy Choices mechanism. Brunch honors Global Privacy Control where required.
Advertising technologies are excluded from clinical intake and authenticated patient areas. Brunch does not send medical intake responses, diagnoses, prescriptions, medication details, allergies, side effects, or provider communications to advertising platforms for targeted advertising.
Sensitive personal information
Brunch uses sensitive personal information for purposes reasonably necessary to provide requested services, facilitate care and fulfillment, maintain security, comply with law, and other purposes permitted by California law. Brunch does not use sensitive clinical information to infer characteristics for unrelated targeted advertising.
California rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, California residents may have rights to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, obtain information about categories of collection and disclosure, and opt out of sale or sharing. Brunch will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
Requests may be submitted to support@brunchhealth.com. We may verify identity based on the nature and sensitivity of the request. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to appropriate authorization and verification.
