What happens before I am charged?+
Your independent provider reviews your intake first. Your treatment charge is not captured unless treatment is approved.
Is shipping included?+
Yes. Standard prescription shipping is included and uses UPS Next Day Air after the pharmacy finishes preparation and UPS takes possession. Pharmacy preparation typically takes 3–5 business days after prescription transmission.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?+
No. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.
