Independent provider review
An independent licensed provider evaluates your information and may request additional details or a synchronous visit before deciding whether treatment is appropriate.
Eligible cases may be reviewed the same day. A prescription is never automatic.03
Prescription & fulfillment
If prescribed, medication is sent to an assigned licensed partner pharmacy. Pharmacy preparation typically takes 3–5 business days, then standard shipping uses UPS Next Day Air after UPS takes possession.
Shipping is included. No signature is required.

If your independent provider determines treatment is appropriate and issues a prescription, an assigned licensed partner pharmacy handles preparation, dispensing and fulfillment. Brunch coordinates the surrounding platform, payment and support experience.

Your treatment charge is not captured unless an independent provider approves treatment. If treatment is not approved, you owe $0.

There is no separate Brunch membership fee. Plan inclusions are shown before enrollment.
Multi-month plans are prepaid
Three-, six- and twelve-month plans are paid in full after approval; displayed monthly amounts are monthly equivalents.
HSA/FSA eligible payment methods
Brunch accepts eligible HSA/FSA payment methods and can provide itemized documentation. Your plan administrator determines eligibility.

No. An independent licensed healthcare professional reviews your information and makes the treatment decision based on independent clinical judgment.
How quickly is my intake reviewed?+
Brunch is designed for fast asynchronous review and eligible cases may be reviewed the same day. Timing is not guaranteed because the provider may need more information or a synchronous visit.
Who chooses the pharmacy?+
Patients do not select the dispensing pharmacy. Assignment can depend on licensure, location, formulation, availability and capacity.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?+
No. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and FDA does not review them for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.
