About Brunch

What is Brunch?

Brunch Health is a platform that connects patients with independent licensed healthcare professionals and pharmacies across the U.S. Through Brunch, you can access independent medical providers who evaluate your eligibility and, if medically appropriate, recommend treatment plans that may include prescription medication delivered straight to your door. All clinical services are provided solely by third-party licensed professionals.

How does Brunch work?

Brunch Health is a service platform that facilitates your care by connecting you with independent licensed healthcare providers and licensed partner pharmacies. Through our interface, you can complete a medical intake for clinical review. If an independent provider determines you are an appropriate candidate, they may issue a prescription to be fulfilled by a partner pharmacy and shipped directly to you. All medical evaluations, prescriptions and pharmacy services are provided by independent third-party professionals.

Do I need insurance to use Brunch?

No. Brunch operates as a cash-pay service and does not require health insurance.

Who makes treatment decisions?

Independent licensed healthcare professionals make all medical decisions, including eligibility, prescribing, medication selection, dose changes and whether treatment should continue.

Pricing & billing

Are there membership fees?

No. There is no separate Brunch membership fee. Review the current plan price and included services before enrollment.

When am I charged?

You provide a payment method during enrollment, but the treatment charge is not captured unless an independent provider approves treatment. If you are not approved, you owe $0.

Do prices increase when my dose increases?

No. For the same medication and plan, your price does not increase solely because your clinician changes your prescribed dose.

Are multi-month plans paid monthly?

No. Three-, six- and twelve-month plans are prepaid in full after clinical approval. Any monthly-equivalent amount is shown for comparison.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds?

Brunch accepts eligible HSA/FSA payment methods and can provide itemized documentation. Your plan administrator determines whether a specific expense qualifies.

Cancellation & account management

Can I cancel or pause?

Yes. You can cancel or pause future renewal through the self-service portal. A cancellation stops the next renewal. A pause freezes future billing and fulfillment while preserving remaining prepaid treatment time, subject to the applicable terms.

Can I get a refund after approval?

Refund eligibility depends on the point in the fulfillment process and the circumstances. Before pharmacy processing begins, cancellation may qualify for a full refund. Once pharmacy processing has begun, prescription-specific work may no longer be cancelable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Provider review & medication

Is a prescription guaranteed?

No. Completing an intake does not guarantee treatment or a prescription.

Who prescribes medication?

Prescribing decisions are made solely by independent licensed healthcare professionals.

Who fills prescriptions?

When prescribed, medication is dispensed by a licensed partner pharmacy.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before marketing.

Shipping & delivery

How is medication shipped?

Standard prescription shipments use UPS Next Day Air after UPS takes possession. Shipping is included in the plan price and no signature is required.

How long does pharmacy preparation take?

After provider approval, the assigned pharmacy typically prepares and ships the prescription within 3–5 business days.

What if my order does not ship?

If a prescription has not shipped within 10 business days after pharmacy transmission, you may request cancellation and a full refund unless you choose to continue waiting.

What if my delivery is damaged, missing or temperature-affected?

Report visible damage, missing medication, delivery problems or suspected temperature concerns as soon as possible and generally within 24 hours after the carrier-recorded delivery time so Brunch can coordinate with the pharmacy and carrier as appropriate.

Support

Who should I contact for medical questions?

Use the appropriate clinical channel for treatment-specific questions, side effects, dose requests and medical advice. Brunch support can assist with account, billing, pharmacy coordination, shipping and platform questions.
